Of course the company wouldn't bid on the proposal if it didn't think it could make money, but the statement that they are basing their growth projections on toll rate hikes rather than traffic growth doesn't make you feel good about their plans for capital upgrades to the road! And the comment about "increase average concession term" is interesting.....can someone please tell me again why the lease needs to be 3 generations long?
