					<description>I'm looking forward to your comments on SB 245 -- I'm very curious to know what legislators think about this bill.  

I'm well aware of SBC's desire to be foot loose and fancy free of those cumbersome state regulations, but was frankly a little shocked by the extent of the bill -- tax abatements and total deregulation of even basic local service (and don't forget removal of IURC jurisdiction over consumer complaints).

And its sailing through the Senate ... wow.</description>
