We can't expect to make gains in economic development if we are this far behind in technology. I live less than 30 miles from downtown indianapolis and have 0 broadband options. I had an email exchange with someone on some sort of rural commission that seemed promising, but have not heard back from and unfortunately lost the contact info. With gas prices spiraling out of control, telecommuting is only going to get bigger. We need help!! I believe this is one of the most important issues in the state.
